As the former CEO of CarTrawler, Mike used his superior perspective on the mobility marketplace to oversee continual growth over a decade, the successful completion of two major private equity investments and multiple acquisitions. Mike’s commercial expertise and stellar track record make him uniquely qualified to guide Meili on its path to growth.

A serial entrepreneur with decades of experience building some of the world’s most innovative technology companies, co-founder Bobby and the team have built the Meili platform specifically to solve a pain point in mobility distribution that has to date hampered every one of our competitors in the marketplace. Meili’s potential to disrupt the marketplace is built largely on Bobby’s tech skillset, and his role as part of Meili’s senior leadership team epitomises the company’s ambitions.

A leading finance executive with over a decade’s experience in senior roles in the insurance industry,Carol has an extensive track record of guiding large organisations through periods of high growth. As the former CFO of Chill Insurance and the widerThree Rock Group, Carol oversaw 16x customer growth through a focus on brand engagement, sales enablement, and order experience. Carol steered the development of strategic sister companies Ivernia Insurance and Chill Money, and led the Group to successful exit to private equity in 2020.

An industry expert whose skillset has been honed over 20 years in the online retailing space, Ady’s commercial acumen will help to drive Meili’s ambitions and ensure our partners can maximise their revenues and develop mutually beneficial long-lasting partnerships. Most recently, Ady fulfilled the role of Commercial Director ofPartnerships at RentalCars.com, and was responsible for overseeing 3,000partnerships, including 75+ of the world’s leading commercial airlines. Ady’s proven ability will act as a natural complement to Meili’s disruptive business model as we look to increase our partnership base at pace.

For over a decade, Margaret has successfully managed complex legal matters, driven strategic initiatives, and overseen continuous growth. Her commercial expertise, strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills make her uniquely qualified to guide organisations to success. Formerly General Counsel CarTrawler & Wayfler, Margaret transitioned to the Head of People Operations at Wayflyer, where she oversaw the rapid expansion of the company from 100 to 500 employees over an 18-month period.

An expert in travel technology, Rob has dedicated over 15 years to perfecting growth strategies within the sector. As Chief Sales Officer for Meili, he brings a proven track record of success from his previous role at SkyFive, where he played a key role in positioning the company as a leader in in-flight connectivity. Before joining Meili, Rob served as Commercial Director at CarTrawler, spearheading global sales initiatives and playing a crucial role in the company's dynamic growth across his 14-year tenure. Rob’s deep understanding of market dynamics and his strategic approach to sales make him an integral part of Meili’s leadership team, driving forward our sales strategy to enhance our market position and develop lasting partnerships.
