Bobby leads Meili’s technology and platform strategy, shaping the architecture that enables direct, scalable ancillary distribution across airlines, travel brands and mobility partners.
A serial entrepreneur, Bobby has founded and built multiple technology businesses in the travel and mobility space. At Meili, he has led the development of a platform designed specifically to address the structural challenges of intermediary-led distribution, enabling greater transparency, control and long-term value for partners.

Rob leads Meili’s global commercial strategy, spanning new business, customer success, and loyalty, with responsibility for driving sustainable growth across the customer lifecycle.
He brings over 15 years of experience in travel technology, including senior commercial roles at CarTrawler and SkyFive. Rob’s deep understanding of enterprise travel partnerships and market dynamics plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, scaling adoption and aligning Meili’s platform capabilities with commercial outcomes.

Margaret leads Meili’s people and legal functions, supporting the company’s growth through strong governance, scalable organisational design and a high-performance culture.
She brings extensive experience across global technology businesses, having previously served as General Counsel at CarTrawler and Wayflyer before leading People Operations at Wayflyer during a period of rapid international expansion. Margaret combines legal expertise with a commercial mindset, ensuring Meili continues to scale responsibly and effectively.

Steve leads Meili’s global partnerships and revenue strategy, with responsibility for expanding the company’s presence across the Americas and driving long-term customer growth.
He brings over 20 years of experience across leading global travel brands, including Travelport, American Express, Cendant and Flight Centre. With a background spanning commercial, marketing, strategy and product roles, Steve’s industry knowledge and trusted relationships support Meili’s momentum as it scales partnerships across travel and mobility.
